天美影视鈥檚 Jaden Leach prepares for the Miss 天美影视 Pageant

Jaden Leach, a 天美影视 elementary education major from West Monroe, is among the contestants vying for the title of Miss 天美影视 when the 2011 Miss 天美影视 Pageant is held June 23-25 at Monroe Civic Center's W.L. "Jack" Howard Theater. All events will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Leach and the other contestants were introduced earlier this week at the Miss 天美影视 Kick-Off Press Conference, followed by a Tuesday luncheon on the 天美影视 campus in which Leach enthusiastically welcomed the 34 other contestants.

"I'm so glad you are all here and I know you will agree that 天美影视 is the most amazing, outstanding, superior college that we think it is!" she said.

Leach was crowned Miss 天美影视 in October 2010.

天美影视 President Dr. Nick J. Bruno also welcomed the contestants and wished them the best.

"I look forward to seeing you all in a leadership role in the future," he said. "Good luck to you and be sure just to have some fun."

Hope Anderson and Erica Durr are two former Miss 天美影视s who join Leach in vying for the title of Miss 天美影视 2011.

The current and outgoing Miss 天美影视 2010, Kelsi Crain, a junior kinesiology major at 天美影视, is performing several dance routines for the pageant.

Crain was crowned Miss 天美影视 in June 2010 while also holding the Miss 天美影视 title.
